In a nod to the more traditional practices that still dominate marketing expenditure in most biopharmaceutical therapeutic categories today, we are introducing our MEMO product. MEMO is an acronym for MEssage Measurement Optimizer, which is our approach to message recall.
In addition to providing standard message recall metrics, our deliverables emphasize creative data exploration:
- A composite message performance measure
- Comparing variables to uncover resonance
- Subgroup analysis to determine impact on brand positioning
- Accurate prioritization of the importance of salesforce communications skills
- Understanding salesforce communication impact on message performance
We’ll use these and other frameworks to develop recommendations that ensure optimized short term recall reinforces our client’s communication objectives and ultimately improves performance over the longer term.
